Our Executive and Team Coaching engagements are co-designed with clients, focusing on situations where people are working hard, but results are inconsistent, decisions are slow, and teams struggle to execute through lack of alignment.

1 /  1 : 1  Executive Coaching 

We work with Executives when they are carrying too much of the system personally. Coaching helps leaders step into greater decision authority, confidence in operating at scale and complexity, and lead teams that can execute effectively. 

You'll see and experience more effective decision-making and reduced dependency on the CEO or executive.

2 /  1 : 1  Leadership Transition Coaching

We work with leaders transitioning into higher levels by helping them operate at the level the role requires, establish authority and influence, and integrate more quickly into senior leadership expectations.

This reduces transition risk, accelerates time-to-effectiveness, and strengthens team cultures through times of adjustment.

3 /  Executive Team & Project-based Team Coaching

We work with teams to establish clear ways of working, decision-making processes and build trust to address what is most important in real time. This cohesion then builds trust and influence across the organisation.

We worked with a brand new Executive Team to establish ways of working, making decisions and creating an effective operating rhythm. This created stability for an organisation going through a major transition.

Poor habits set in for a team where the CEO was needing to resolve challenges and sucked into managing the muck rather than operating strategically. We helped the CEO and team explore their dynamics and have honest conversations about what needed to shift.
