Rachelle is a highly capable change expert, specializing in high-integrity and integrated outcomes. Rachelle creates genuine and lasting relationships with others, always seeking to collaborate. Driven by her purpose to deliver a more sustainable world, her background in project, programme, portfolio, management provide a strong foundation for impactful delivery. Rachelle holds a Masters in Science in Sustainability and Adaptation Planning from the Centre for Alternative Technology (UK). Her dissertation research used participatory system mapping to understand how Queensland can deliver a successful and urgent transition for regional communities.

Rachelle is a certified change management, P3M3, APM PPC, P3O, MSP, and Prince 2 Practitioner. She a member of the Smart Energy Council, AIPM, Systems Dynamics Society, and Collaborative Futures.
