Dr Polly McGee

Neuroleadership Designer and Facilitator

nipaluna (Hobart)

Polly spends their time in organisations building trauma-responsive leadership capacity and psychologically safe, productive cultures; speaking and leading workshops; and working with high performance clients in their private therapy practice.

From leading fast growth start-ups and excelling in innovation to guiding digital strategies Polly brings a unique perspective to the table with an intersectional lens that collides neurobiology with scaling technology and leadership capacity across organisations.

As a skilled facilitator and coach, Polly empowers individuals and teams through leadership design and organisational culture expertise built around person-centred theory. They’re dedicated to authentic leadership, fostering empathy and vulnerability within a neuroscience framework leading ultimately to increased sustainable productivity.

Working across the construct aware and individual realm as a trauma-responsive somatic psychotherapist, Polly uses the direct experience of individual change to inform larger leadership design interventions. With unwavering passion and compassion, they continue to inspire positive change, proving that embracing multifaceted experiences from a place of self-efficacy can lead to a purposeful and fulfilling life journey.

Dr Polly McGee
Polly's work has changed the way I think about leadership and how I show up neuro-responsively in my work. Polly's approach is equal parts no nonsense and deeply compassionate. They have helped me pay attention to somatic experience without judgement, making me more adept at seeing how systems show up in my own body.

I'm very excited about how our work integrates and what we can offer our partners and clients.
