He has over twenty years’ experience working with government agencies (all levels), industry and communities to navigate complex change. This work has involved systems facilitation, program design, service innovation, and leadership development. Recent experience has included:

Benny has a passion for and focus on regional and rural Australia, water and environment sectors, economic transition, alternative economies, and helping communities deal with the impacts of bushfire, flood, drought and other climate-related change.

His rich and varied background has given Benny a deep understanding of the dynamics of human development, performance, and well-being. His transdisciplinary studies of ethics, neuroscience, emotional intelligence, whole-body thinking, and identity formation allow Benny to draw from a wide range of ideas and fields. He is known for creating brave spaces where people can show up authentically to explore real — and often hidden — issues with deep compassion and understanding. He is an Associate Certified Coach with the International Coaching Federation.
